LIBERATING THE CAGED HUMAN ANIMAL
The central problem of human animals today is domestication. Over the course of civilization the vast majority of humans have become enslaved and find themselves locked in external and internal cages that prevent their self-actualization. Instead they are following agendas that their domesticators have devised in order to exploit them, agendas that are fundamentally unhealthy. It is up to an individual to free itself, to take control of its own life. For this to happen it must change its rational and its emotional approaches to reality.
Rational-Emotional Integrative Updating
(REIU) is a method that I have developed to assist in this self-liberating process. I have written a three part book to explain both my philosophical perspective as well as the REIU method in a step by step manner. In order to gain a clear understanding of the methods and techniques, it is important that the series be read in a sequential order, starting with Part I.

After completing Part I, you should proceed to the second part in the series, "The Unconscious
Updating Technique", which explains the Unconscious Updating technique in great detail so that
you may begin to use it. Part II is available to be read or downloaded in PDF format. After
